Do you have a place to eat?
We do not serve food at the museum. Small snacks are available in the gift shop. There are picnic tables outside, or we can suggest these nearby restaurants.

Is the museum a nut free environment?
Some of the animals eat tree nuts so the museum is not completely nut free.
Is the museum handicapped accessible?
There is designated parking in front of the building, a ramp to the front door, and wheelchair accessible restrooms. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to assist you while you are here.
Do you participate in any reciprocal membership programs?
We are members of the Association of Children’s Museums (ACM) and the Association of Science and Technology Centers (ASTC). Reciprocal members of the Lutz Children’s Museum receive free or reduced admission at hundreds of other institutions across the USA and Canada. We offer free or reduced admission to members of other museums that participate in the same program.
